Shopping List & Food Substitutions

Being a family of three on the Yeast Free Diet we eat at home a lot.  My husband works from home so I make Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks for all three of us.  I have gotten pretty creative with my leftovers because after one day of being in the fridge leftovers are not a good idea on the Yeast Free Diet because of mold growth.  To make it easier for me I made a spreadsheet of the staples I need in my house regularly with the hopes of going to the grocery store only once.   Please note we do not eat any fruits right now but included them on the shopping list for those who are able to kill the candida quickly.  Please note once you reintroduce frutis back in to start with the lowest in sugar..Green apples and berries.

Pomi Diced Tomatoes & Pomi Tomato Sauce...Found them at World Market for $3.99 POMI
